“So many clients think of us as being part of their extended family…”
David became an accountant in 1972. He helps small businesses manage their business problems. He’s known as a good listener, and has been known to help clients sort out family or other worries.
As well as working closely with small businesses, David is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner dealing with individuals and companies. His key piece of advice for anyone running a business is ‘never be complacent, and keep your eye on the ball at all times.’
David says: Clients want a good value, quality service that’s reliable. They also want an accountant who spends time getting to know them. I often find that when I’m with a client we spend part of the meeting talking about their accounts, and the rest of the time talking about their family and things going on in their lives.”
