From £600 – The option we advise will depend on how much you want or need to migrate over to Xero.
We’ll support you in adopting the cloud based stuff (Xero, or other)
This includes:
- Helping you migrate onto Xero
OR - Doing the migration for you
Step 3
From £250 depending on your location and the number of team members who need training.
We’ll provide the necessary training for you and your team
This includes:
- We’ll help you identify who needs training and at what level within your business – from the bookkeeper to the receptionist.
- Specialist training on Xero from qualified Xero Advisors Will and Michelle

This includes:
- A digital health check and review of how Xero is working for you. We’ll gain access to your Xero so you don’t have to do any work to provide the review.
- Going through your records (review of your general ledger) to see if there are any improvements that can be made to allow everything to work more efficiently for you.
Step 2
From £500.
We’ll identify apps to help your back office thrive
This includes:
- A review of the available apps out there to see which ones will suit you best and make your accounting finance function even better. We will consider apps in areas such as stock control, till systems, invoice processing, credit control, job costing etc.
Step 3
From £875, depending on your business processes and the support you need to make life easier.
We’ll help you make a smooth transition over to your new Apps
This includes:
- Integrating the chosen Apps with Xero, and training you and your staff on how to use them
Bolt on maintenance so you’re covered for any software challenges
With monthly maintenance, you know you’ve got Xero specialist support on hand should you need it.
This includes:
Fixed monthly software support to keep you happy and healthy all the time
OR
Ad hoc support for issues and challenges when you need it
From £50 per month or pay as you go (we’ll quote you as and when you need us).
