I’ve been supporting clients with mergers and acquisitions since 2006. My first involvement in corporate finance started with the sale of a company for £40m, including all the high-level negotiations with the purchasers. I learnt a lot from being part of the transaction from the very start to the end.

Since this date I have been involved in a number of corporate transaction areas including sales and acquisitions of businesses, company purchase of own shares, company reorganisations and business valuations.

Through the process many clients feel a rollercoaster of emotions, but I am always there to support and let them know it’s entirely normal. Once they get to the end of the process clients usually feel elated.

I love helping people achieve their dreams and these kinds of changes have a significant impact on their lives. It’s truly interesting and a pleasure to be a part of.
