What you get when you join Saint & Co

  • Flexible working options: our core hours are 10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm Monday to Friday.
  • Outside these hours, you can work the hours that suit you between 8am and 6pm. Some of our smaller offices are unable to offer a formal flexible working system but do so on an informal basis.
  • Up to 30 paid holidays plus bank holidays plus up to 5 flexi days plus an additional day following the new year bank holiday.
  • Paid overtime or time taken off in lieu.
  • A competitive salary and pension contributions (currently Standard Life), which is reviewed annually.
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme in addition to above. Death in service scheme of 2 x salary.
  • Regular company funded social events.
  • Full training costs and study time provided by us.
  • Continued professional development – we pride ourselves on making sure you receive training and attend courses (face to face and online) to enable you to grow and continue learning.
